Going “golden” today. This has a light Belgium yeast taste to it. Also a light crackery malt. Really nothing from a hops perspective. Has very little carbonation. Overall nothing to write home about.

This is technically a re-review. I had before but thought they brought me the wrong beer at the restaurant. My original review was “Was not very IPA like. Had doughy bready malt that was dominant. Had just hints of hops”. Well this one is quite a bit darker in color. If you look up the beer you’ll see the difference in my previous review. Taste is more west coast-ish but a little strange. It’s quite hoppy that is citrusy leaning towards orange. Has a doughy malt taste. The strange part is that it has a bit of a buttery/light butterscotch taste to it that is hoppy. In conclusion I think I originally did get the wrong beer. The color is not close or the taste. From a beer perspective it’s a pretty decent, a little different, IPA. Plus the Flyers just scored. Let’s go Flyers. 🏒

Had last night at dinner. Was not very IPA like. Had doughy bready malt that was dominant. Had just hints of hops It was actually good from a non-IPA perspective. I’m actually wondering if the waitress gave me the wrong beer. I’ll have to find another to confirm. The little women’s Miller Lite is right behind it showing that color wise they are similar. It definitely did not taste like Miller Lite before anyone asks.
