Rubia, artesanal, alcarreña y con miel. Súper espumosa y con el gas justo, incluso poco. De sabor cremoso y afrutado, la miel se deja notar. Muy poca acidez. Esta buena pero como cerveza, no termina de convencerme. Tiene más de 6°!! Regalazo de mi amigo Juan que estuvo por Pastrana (Guadalajara).
