This is a local. Has an almost medium smoked bacon / pork taste to it. A little weaker than the German rauchbier’s I’ve had. Still get some lager taste to go with the smoky taste. Overall very good for a local

This has a sweet crackery and biscuity malt with some light+ honey to it. Has some light straw that comes in more at the end. Has some earthy and herbal hops adding a nice bitterness to it. Overall it’s really tasty for a pils. Very nice for a local craft.

To conclude my WC IPA night my last new one is a local. This has very light citrus that is grapefruit and lemon but not very pronounced. Has some light berry that is pronounced. Has some light caramel. Also, light pine/piney resin. The malty and hoppy sides are fairly strong and very balanced. Overall a nice well done WC for a local. I would have rated higher but it also tastes like a local if you know what I mean. More caramel colored than red. The heater skewed the pic.

Has a tropical fruit taste that leans towards dank passion fruit, pineapple with a hint of lemon. Has a medium bitterness. Has a light malt. Overall a really nice local brewed just for our Super Bowl Eagles. E-A-G-L-E-S Eagles. 🦅🦅🦅

Kind of an uninspired IPA but…... It has a medium hoppy bite. It just doesn’t have anything that stands out. I get some papaya but that’s it. It’s not fruity, malty, piney, sweet, earthy, floral or even old school. It is like a plain Jane IPA with some papaya. Overall, what gets me, I like the hoppy side and find it tantalizingly good. I’m going a 3.5 as I’m just throwing my hands up with this one. Plus it is a local for me. Enjoying while my Flyers get their azzes kicked. They suck this year but always a loyal fan. 🏒🥅🏒

Has light biscuity malt. It is moderately bitter with very light lemon. This is a English style pub ale. I listed as a Bitter so please correct me if I’m wrong on the style. Overall it was nice. Has a nice hoppy bitterness. I don’t have a lot of experience with them. It is a local that I need to visit. LOL - I got a sticker for having my 5th bitter. Like I said I don’t have a lot of experience with them. I do like them tho.

This has an oatmeal stout taste. It is roasty with a little bit of char. Has some light dark chocolate. Finishes dry. Very tasty.

This is another local. This has a medium char and roasted malt taste with some light chocolate and vanilla. Has a slight bitterness to it. Overall it’s really nice. Used my really old Guinness mug (I actually have 2 of them).

This is a lemon grass IPA. The lemon grass makes it’s presence known but is not overwhelming. Seems like there is also a hint grapefruit to it. This has a nice medium hoppy bitterness. Overall a nice treat while watching the rugby 7’s.

This is a local for me and is just a bit strange. It has a fruity taste that has a just a bit of a floral aftertaste but still with the presence of the fruit. From a fruit perspective I pick up some passion fruit and apricot mainly. Has a light bitterness. As I finish I’ve been as high as 4 and as low as 3.5. So I’ll go 3.7(5).
