I believe this is the first I've had from this brewery.
First thing I notice is a distinct lack of "pop" when I pop the top.
As I pour this pale straw coloured beer it becomes apparent there is very little carbonation.
A tangerine and tropical scent make their way to the nose without me even approaching to sniff. I'm a little surprised as I was expecting more pine I think. A little grapefruit and citrus help fill out the aromas nicely. It may be me just inserting my imagination but I think I'm getting pale malt peeking out from the bottom.
This is quite an interesting beer to explore. The carbonation is very weak. I will try another to see if it was just a poor bottle but it hasnt ruined the beer either. I'm getting what my palette tells me is melon, bell pepper, cucumber, and dragon fruit. I want to say onion almost but i can't. But its all blended well with indistinct tropicals and a touch of nondescript spiciness. The flavor is light and a bit watery. Decent bitterness that stands apart in an inoffensive way to rest of the flavours. Not really to my taste.
Update. Second bottle was way more carbonated and the melon bell pepper and cucumber were pushed way down and much reduced but still a bit evident. I will rate on this second bottle.

Touche légèrement acide.
Reste sur le palais.
Légère au goût. Mais assez forte en alcool.
