Well this was a pleasant surprise. Grabbed a couple 6 packs of local beers from the local liquor store near my parent’s house to give them a try. This was actually already in the app which was surprising. This has just a touch of citrus that is grapefruit. Has a medium+, borderline heavy, hoppy bite that is earthy and a little spicy. Add in a medium pine/piney resin taste. It has a light+ bready, toast and semi-sweet caramel malt taste. The overall taste just lingers in the mouth. This just hits all the check marks of an old school IPA. I had to have 2 of them to make sure my taste buds weren’t lying to me. Yum. Glad I have 4 more to go. A lucky guess when choosing an IPA today. Says “canned pure as” on the bottom with no date.

Out to lunch. This has a medium+ roasted malt with light chocolate taste. Light bitterness. Very good for a low abv beer. 2/28/25 Canned date.
