Robe assez sombre. Bière probablement non filtrée. Nez sur le café. En bouche c'est chocolaté et torréfié. On sent bien le café. On a le tout qui est relevé par une légère amertume. Surprenant, on a une note presque mentholée en fin de bouche qui sublime le tout de par sa fraîcheur. Good job!

So when in New England you have to get a NEIPA. Has a fruity taste leaning towards melon, papaya, grapefruit. Has a nice, almost medium, hoppy bitterness with a hint of pine. Thick, as you can see. Very tasty.

Had a chance to stop for a beer (or 2) on this 95 degree day in Salem. Checking out the witch stuff. Has a touch of bakers chocolate. Has a nice light bitter hoppy side to counter act the medium malty side. Finishes dry.
