Cloudy, light copper Sahti. The scent is yeasty. Wort comes through bravely. I can also detect a citrusy note. The palate serves sweet wort, sweet malt, banana and a yeasty pinch. The body is medium. The mouthfeel is sappy, worty, a bit strong and as if raw. Not a winner.
