A somewhat deeper hue. A lovely scent: banana even in the air. Strong taste. Deep and intense. Biscuity. Contains spelt up to 30%. Best from Suomusjärvi as far as I know.

Rye flour in the scent. Mild. Banana is obvious, somewhat dry. Juniper is there, too. Especially in the taste. Hmmm well...

I remember these people from last year. Juniper is evident in the air. Nice attractive sweet flavor, a good pinch of juniper. Fruity. Distantly mushroomy.

Cloudy, orange-brownish Sahti. The olfactory provision is mild, with a bit of banana and a distant twist of flour. The tongue gets rather sweet malt, moderate banana and a twist of clove. The mouthfeel is lip-glueing, fairly light despite the ABV and slightly spiced.
