Somewhat frothy. Floury scent. Sweet taste, banana is obvious. No flour in the palate. Slightly alcoholic. Decent.

Medium-sweet rye malt in the fragrance. Fruity. The taste is a tad strong with rye malt. Attractive but not a winner.

This guy was also in the contest last year! 👍🏻 Rye flour in the air, no doubt about it. Balanced gustatory identity. Sticky. Viscous. Tasty!

Relatively misty, raisin brown Sahti. Sweet scent, lot of malt and bun as well as fermented banana. The palate is astonishingly sweet, malty, biscuity, a good amount of banana, as well. Very gulpable. The mouthfeel is neatly full, rather sticky, even close to sappy. Quaffable for sure. Good stuff! 👍🏻
