A vanilla pastry stout for desert. Vanilla galore, but after having a few spoon fulls of rice pudding the pastry part fades a bit.

A saison spiced up with lemon grass, ginger and above all rawit peppers (bird's eye chillies). An adaptation of the regular Indo Gone Wild to fit this lovely dish of Gamba, samphire, garlic couscous and chili lemon leave oil even better.
