Une double ipa americaine pas mal, assez amère et puissante. Plus long pas grand chose, l amertume persiste bien et dure sur le palais. Un final intéressant, comme une pointe de chocolat et d'epices

This one is a little different for a NEIPA. Has a juicy taste that is mainly orange & peach. It then gets a salty and dry aftertaste. I have to say it makes me go right back for another sip making me drink this a little quicker than normal. Has a very light bitterness.

This is an imperial pale ale. It’s quite different. Has a citrus taste that is mainly orange. Has quite a bit of a wheat taste that’s kind of grainy.
Overall different and doesn’t taste APA or IPA like. More wheat beer like with a super strong citrus side but just a little more hoppy.

Happy Friday. It’s supposed to be a Neapolitan ice cream Russian stout. Has a lot of roast to it. Has light dark chocolate, a touch of bitter bakers chocolate. Has very light strawberry and vanilla that makes it’s presence about 2/3’s of they way thru. Hides the alcohol well at 10%.
Having a dark day so starting with a dark beer.

I can definitely smell the lactose in this. Otherwise it smells like a typical pale ale. Taste has the lactose right up front, which not only gives this a sweeter flavor, but also a smooth mouthfeel. Slight bit of hoppiness from the late hopping. Decently tasty and somewhat refreshing. I'd drink this again if someone offers it. 3.5/5

Brooklyn has a fantastic choice of pubs and bars with an excellent choice of beer. This BBQ place had knives as hand pumps and jam jars instead of glasses. Oh, and the lamps were old gramophones. It’s like a hipster explosion.
The beer is great. This is a new brewery for me - based in New Jersey. It’s a really good drinker - a pale gold APA with tangy flavour and a fresh finish. The fruit notes are citrusy and there is an undercurrent of pine and damp grass. Sharp and satisfying.
