Not to my taste I'm afraid, a bit heavy, didn't really get the orange

wasn't sure if this would be still available, hence the special trip the other day. luckily it is, just about. still the same drink as before but the taste profile seems to have mellowed. knowing the pub it's probably about to finish, having said that still an enjoyable drink. very quaffable and still a good session ale

decent hoppy aroma. hoppy taste with a subtle citrus fruit tang. malty taste leading on to a subtle sweet finish but enjoyable. creamy mouthfeel with a very subtle bitter aftertaste. smooth and easy drinking session ale

The Wharf pub in Grays always have some nice real ales on tap. Today there were two IPAs on tap, one I was not keen on so I am not reviewing it but it was called Volt Premium IPA, brewed by Woodforde’s Norfolk. The other was this Falcon Punch brewed by the Brentwood Brewing Company. A very nice and moreish IPA.
