The second dish, an arancini with wild mushrooms, is paired with this well hopped dark lager, that is actually not even that dark. Great beer, great pairing.

This Gose is rich in Citrus notes and, especially the after taste is a bit salty. Pairs nicely with the fourth course, a sturdy beef stew.
