A non-alcoholic after-sauna thirst quencher. Crystal clear. Straw is the color. Moderate fizzy carbonation. A fluffy head that falls short of two fingers. Soon the froth is a mere hair-thin mold in the side.
The scent is interestingly herbal: loads of rosemary. In fact, it's actually bog myrtle. I don't have experience of it though. Biscuit, inverted sugar syrup and lemon zest complete the list of aromas.
The taste profile is sweet-leaning, somewhat sugary. Lemon, biscuit, waffle, a small injection of mandarin and a hint of rosemary land on my tastebuds. Considerably less herbal than what the fragrance suggested.
The body is thin. The end is slightly more bitter than the first encounter but then components remain unchanged anyway.
The sensation is thin, juicy, modestly herbal and faintly drying. Interesting albeit not necessarily something that I'd love to revisit.

Surprisingly good for a non-alcoholic beer.

#571 🇧🇪
Mit Gagel gebraut, dem früherem Hopfen. Im Einstieg leicht süße Noten, sonst sehr viel Malz. Der Körper ist gut, insgesamt aber ziemlich eintönig.
