Pour passé la soirée de Noël 🎄 une bonne grisette de nos amis Américain. Veilli avec du miel de mûres une petite pépite. Mise en bouteille le 10/10/18.

Very dry, light and effervescent. Not sweet at all as could be expected from the honey, almost like a sparkling wine except with more body and not as sharp. Hint of oak from the barrel aging. All in all a very interesting and unique product with very little to compare to.
