Melko keskinkertainen belgialainen tripel. Luonnetta ei ole ollenkaan samassa mitassa kuin tyylin parhaissa edustajissa. Ei kuitenkaan varsinaisesti huono. Väri on kaadettaessa kuten odottaakin, kullankeltainen ja lähes kirkas. Vaahtoaa vähemmän kuin nämä yleensä. Tuoksu on aika makea, hunajainen ja hiukan alkoholinen. Appelsiininkuorta ja pientä mausteisuutta on myös mukana. Maku on jotenkin tylsä, maltainen hiukan makea. Alkoholi tulee esiin vähän kuin vahvassa lagerissa. Hiilihappoa on selvästi vähemmän kuin tyypillisesti olisi. Jälkimaku on kuivahko, kirpeä ja lämmittävä. Suuhun jää lopussa mausteinen, hiukan sitruksinen maku.

Très bonne stout ! Attention, à boire à plus de 10°. Pas trop froide.
