Starting my Sunday on the dark side. A little early but it is 5:00 somewhere. A little different as it has a medium caramel and molasses taste with just hints of dark chocolate & roasted malt. Honestly I think this would be much better as a bourbon barrel. I checked and they have one. Unfortunately this is not one of them. Not horrible but needs more of a dark roasted malt taste to it.

Has a citrus taste that leans towards tangerine, grapefruit with some light mango also thrown in. Has light pine. Has a light+ hoppy bitterness. Has a light sweet caramel malt background. Overall this is scary good. It’s very tasty without a hint of the 9.2% abv.

Not quite as hazy as you’d expect from a NEIPA. Has a fruity taste that is mainly mango & papaya with some light creamy like orange. Really not much more to it. Tasty but not complex. Adding on - Finishes up with a little tangerine and dry. Bumping up .1 as I enjoyed the ending.

As the can states brewed with mango - you pick up the mango right away although it is not overwhelming. Also has some pineapple, light orange & light grapefruit. Has a very light hoppy bitterness that just hides there barely making its presence known. Overall it’s a nice NEIPA. I think the mango really makes this one work.

Has a strong tropical fruit taste that leans towards mango, peach, nectarine with others. None are dominant, they seem overripe and they have a dankness to them. Has a light bitterness. Overall I’m just not to crazy about this one. I can see how some people may rate higher but it’s just not tickling my taste buds.
