750ml green glass; pours a deep amber with golden highlights, crystal clear, medium carbonation; on the nose unmistakably French, cooked apples, stewed apple sauce and rich orchard floor; in the mouth fresh acidity tickles the tongue while cooked apple sweetness round off the gentle tannins beautifully, astringent yet fizzy citrusy, reminding of soft chewy sweets, unmistakable keeved character; overall a beautiful low alcohol French cidre that ought to be enjoyed as it is: the perfect balance of acidity, astringency and sweetness! Refreshing and indulgent!

Un bon petit cidre brut, je ne m’y connaît pas mais je le trouve très bon !
