Brilliant, deep straw cider with reasonable but quick carbonation unleashes a tame head that rushes to be wiped out completely. The fragrance releases natural medium-sour apple mash and a gentle hoppy twist. The gustatory supply serves the same natural light-sour apple nectar as in the scent but the hoppy side features only discreetly in the sidelines. The cider finishes rapidly. The mouthfeel is light, quite juicy, substantially natural and gardeny but not particularly crisp. All in all, a nice thirst quencher in its own genre.
