Clear, gold cider with a shy, frazil-icy lacing that dies hastily to nil. The scent offers deep Mediterranean apple nectar, seasoned with mulling spices of cinnamon, cardamom, clove and nutmeg. The taste portrays medium-sour apple juice that is, however, somewhat weaker than that in the fragrance. Cinnamon, nutmeg and clove feature nicely on the tongue. The cider finishes rapidly. The mouthfeel is thin, juicy, refreshing, spiced and Christmassy.
