Dundalk Bay Brewery and Distillery is a family company that started from a vision and passion for building breweries and distilleries. They are the first operational Brewery and Distillery in Dundalk to open since the closure of Diageo Dundalk in 2014. Their founder and Managing Director both own the sister company engineering firm Spectac International, which in turn creates bespoke breweries and distilleries for clients all over Ireland and the UK. The idea came about when one day they decided to take a leap of faith and build their own showcase living and breathing brewery. The journey has never ended since and they continue to develop their Gin Distillery and subsequent Whiskey Distillery. The expansion continues! Brewmaster is the in house beer brand of Dundalk Bay Brewery and Distillery. At Brewmaster they develop unique recipes with a modern brewing style to create sessionable and refreshing premium quality beers. Their heritage dates back to the 1700’s where brewing was a part of their DNA.
