Really enjoyable. I can’t remember the last time I had a Simcoe and Columbus hopped IPA. Some citrus and hints of stone fruit give way to waves or prickly pine and a deep fresh resinous hit that was very very welcomed! Smooth and soft mouthfeel. First time trying this brewery, definitely impressed.
