Not like a traditional mild, more like a low end porter with slight chocolate notes, but still very enjoyable and easy drinking.

It's a mild, but not as we know it! Mellow flavours of chocolate & coffee, smooth & fairly easy drinking really.

Rich, sweet, silky smooth & chocolatey. Another great ale from George's.

A decent drink with a nice fruity aroma. It has a creamy mouthfeel with a fruity taste mixed in, definitely with a citrusy note and a nice malty backbone. Slight hoppiness leads to a subtle bitter finish, but it's enjoyable. Smooth and easy-drinking session ale.

A very nice Pale Ale. We came across this in the newly refurbished Wharf Pub in Grays. Free entry and a £30 1st place prize on Monday at 7:30pm. Head on down. Apologies for the sales patter but they do have some nice real ales down here and this one from Hop Monster is a very smooth IPA style Ale. If any of you have had Ghost Ship, I think this is a notch above. Jilly likes it too. What more can I say.
