Cidre et biere artisanaux type IPA en plus doux. Houblon Cascade cultivé en Normandie. Infusion du houblon en fin de fermentation.

Nice cider with cascade hop added during fermentation phase. Quite dry but with a fruity side. The hop adds an herbal note to the smell and it gives a vera interesting aftertaste. Nice try.
