Cooked a proper Australian steak this evening and this Aussie beer was the perfect accompaniment! Smooth and clean with a moderate hop bitterness and a light dry finish.

One of the best Australian beers I’ve tasted; has a fresh fruity aroma with mild malty notes and floral hops. The flavour has a mixture of bready malts with a touch of sweetness and a faint hop spice. The finish is distinctly crisp and dry with a smooth finish.
