A rather misty beer. The hue is pale yellow. Limited carbonation but the head is fluffy and three fingers tall. A generous lacing caps the beer's precious aromas for a long time. The nose receives pale malt, wheat bread, a smaller injection of biscuit, lemon zest and pith as well as dry grass. Promising. The tongue enjoys wheat malt, grass, lemon zest, lemon peel and a twist of bitter yeast. Overall, a somewhat bitter citrusy flavor package that is surprisingly attractive. The body is light. The end is similar bitter citrusy as upfront. It lingers rather long on the tastebuds. The mouthfeel is light, dry, drying, pithy and also zesty. Still, enjoyable.
