It pours very dark brown in colour with a beige coloured head. Aroma is of brown sugar and whisky. Flavour is full of muscovado sugar with a warming, whisky finish. Smooth mouthfeel.

The pub lists it as a stout, but I’m not convinced. Once past that, it’s a really interesting pint - I’m getting the coconut and richness of the berries, plus the sharp fizz on the tongue of a sour. Not sure I should have gone for pint but in small doses this is good
