Pours crystal clear yellow, highly effervescent, with a tight foamy white head. Lightly sweet, little papery, some pale cereal grains and straw. Light bodied with active carbonation. Dry finish, a faint metallic note and more crunchy straw. Nothing too special, but not bad either.
