A cactus-flavored lager brewed specifically for this restaurant. ABV is a mystery. Clear, deep gold beer with rich, sustained carbonation builds a one-finger, white, silky head that descends soon to a thin lacing on top. The scent and taste are substantially standard lager-type nuances: pale malt with extraordinarily meager hops. A relatively notable sweet note lingers all over the mouth, my guess is that it's the indication of the cactus. Other nonstandard elements I can't find. The body is skinny. The beer finishes rather hastily with slightly sweet pale malt and virtually nonexistent hops. The mouthfeel is thin but not watery, relatively clean and balanced, substantially easy, refreshing and standard.
