Limpid, gold beer with abundant, surprisingly long-lasting carbonation produces a loosely packed, mousse-like clean white head that rises up to one finger.
The scent offers hefty lemon zest and a good amount of lemon peel, strong wheat malt and a tad bitter orange peel.
The taste portrays a nice injection of lemon pulp and peel, a wee bit of stuffy wheat malt, some yeast and distant passionfruit. I also find faint nuances of pineapple and bitter orange peel.
The body is light. The beer finishes relatively quickly with bitter citrus that whirls into light-bitter musty wheat malt, a little bit of wheat flour and a pinch of yeast.
The mouthfeel is light, summery, a bit musty and somewhat subtropical.
