A driving meal accompaniment. Straight from the bottle. Ginger is copious in the scent. Lemon zest follows. The tastebuds like the powerful ginger, lemon zest and a bit of grated peel, a pinch of brown sugar and distant green tea. The impression is light, zesty, Oriental, spiced and piquant. Better than a soft drink. I've had the 1.2 % version with the old recipe four years ago. I wasn't impressed then. This is entirely different.
