Very sweet apple no bitterness but missing sharpness

Clear, light brown cider with fizzy carbonation builds a modest head that moves right away to history. The scent is, on one hand, odd but on the other, mouthwatering: massive toffee fudge and toffee ice cream. The taste is funny: toffee ice cream and apple juice. This is quite unique. The cider finishes over short duration. The mouthfeel is refreshing, considerably candy-like, soft-drink-like and a bit effervescent. As a rather sweet non-apple-tasting cider, this is actually quite attractive.

Crisp, clean, and mildly carbonated, this cider is highly aromatic despite it's light appearance. It's a bit on the tart / dry side, but overall very pleasant. It also happens to be gluten free, for those who might have an allergy.
