3 sormen paksuinen 5 sekunnissa häviävä vaahto tumman punaisessa sameassa, virkistävässä ja poreilevassa siiderissä. Sopivan makea omena siideri, jossa runsaasti hiilihappoja, viinimäistä makua ja vissymäistä suolaisuutta. Hedelmäinen.

1 mm kupla vaahto messingin värisessä kuultavassa, virkistävässä ja poreilevassa siiderissä. Runsas hiilihappoinen, kuiva ja hapan omena siideri. Hyvän makuinen siideri. Hedelmäinen ja raikas.

Vintage 2021. Clear, deep gold cider with spritzy carbonation creates a meager head that dies immediately away. Then the surface is flat still. The scent is full of sour apple and loads of apple peel. The same sour palate continues on the tongue, bags of apple and apple peel. Even slightly waxy. Unfortunately the sensation is rather thin. The finish is identical to upfront. The mouthfeel is thin, natural, tart, a bit astringent and puckering. It's also dry, drying, modestly waxy as well as mouthcoating. I 💛 the sour gustatory identity but would definitely prefer a more robust sensation.

Millin kupla kerros pinnassa sameassa haalean kellertävässä, virkistävässä ja kuivaavassa omena siiderissä. Puolalaista omenaa yllättävän raikas, hiihappoja todella niukasti ja todella kuiva. Hedelmäinen.

The cider pours relatively cloudy straw. The cider is well carbonated but not excessively. The head is very typical at ciders: it builds moderately on the surface and disappears hastily. The top is soon still, and no splatters are left on the glass. The nose enjoys, first and foremost, interesting aromatic fragrances: difficult to break down with great certainty but I can spot perky citrus like yuzu, maybe also a bit of bergamot, as well as a zippy floral note like common yarrow. Common yarrow resembles distantly eucalyptus – I remember it from the last summer when I picked a bunch of yarrow for one of my homebrewed small beers. Furthermore, mushy, somewhat powdery apple brings in sour nuances. Realty intriguing, I can imagine that it's also divisive as some people may find it perfumy. I don't, yes, it's fragrant but not perfumy in my opinion. The taste receptors are waiting eagerly their turn to make friends with this unique drink. The taste is rather sour, a combination of apple and citrus. Apple contains also skins. The citrusy side is a mixture of lemon, grapefruit peel, some pith and distinct quince. As if yeast also portrayed itself more prominently. The finish doesn't really differ from upfront, quince only diminishes a bit in intensity. The mouthfeel is medium-intense, aromatic, fragrant, powdery, husky and tart. Quite puckering and floral, as well. I should also say that the mouthfeel is slightly tangy, probably because of alcohol, but not alcoholic as such.

Vintage 2020. Relatively translucent, straw cider fills the glass. Sparkling carbonation unleashes a white, bubbly head that shoots three fingers high. Retention is long. A lace ring adorns the surface longer but dies eventually. Medium-sweet juicy Brittany apple emanates to the nose. The olfactory provision is hazy if you understand what I mean. It's a bit farmhousey without any funky or barnyardy characteristics. Maybe moderately yeasty, as well. The taste is beautifully soft and smooth, very natural apple mash. Straight from Brittany. A faint idea of yeast is observable. I'm thinking that I might also pick a whisper of pear but it's definitely not sweet. Not at all. Do such pears exist? 🤷🏼‍♂️ The finish is identical. The mouthfeel is light, juicy, summery, modestly acidic and effervescent. It's very natural, soft and smooth.
