Hazy, honey–golden beer with limited carbonation builds a dense white head that elevates up to one finger. The life of the foamy crown is short. The scent is somewhat Belgiany with wheat biscuit, a bit of candi sugar, apricot, tangerine and a floral note of jasmine. The flavor constellation includes wheat biscuit, waffle, apricot, mandarin, orange and candi sugar. A sweet-leaning floral note of jasmine can, indeed, be spotted also on the tongue. The body is light. The end is canned fruity, biscuity and ripe. Pretty close to upfront. The mouthfeel is light, somewhat Belgiany, floral, lip-glueing, soft and smooth.

The beer looks quite transparent and gold. A white, tiny-bubbled head grows two fingers tall and dissipates fast to a neat lace ring. The scent is, generally speaking, modest. I'm picking orange and a hint of grass only. The taste profile is citrusy with orange peel and pith, blood grapefruit and resin. Biscuit malt supports the crisp segment. The body is medium-full. Interesting! The finish is resinous and bitter citrusy. The sweeter flavors also remain more or less present. The mouthfeel is medium-full, crisp, lip-glueing, smooth and ripe. Old-schoolish.
