In the village of Appenzell, directly at the foot of the Alpstein, the family Locher brews a special beer. With fame and fortune, like all the others also. What everyone else but missing is the fresh water from the fabled Alpstein, directly from the source. This makes the Appenzeller beer so special. So unmistakable tasty and popular, that now already the fifth generation of the family brewery's creative beers.

Kunnolla maltainen pläjäys, mutta vetää liian imeläksi ja sitä myötä raikkaus kateissa.
Shortly in English: Malty, but little bit too sweet in the end. Not really refreshing.

Bernsteinfarbenes, trübes, alkoholfreies IPA mit schöner, stabiler, feinporiger, cremefarbener, cremiger Schaumkrone / in der Nase Noten von Zitrusfrüchten, Birnen, Trauben, Honig und Getreide sowie süssliche Noten / im Gaumen leichter bis mittlerer Körper, spritzig / im Geschmack Aromen von Grapefruit, Mandarine, Karamell und Getreide, präsente Malzsüsse / leichte Bitterkeit im malzig-süssen Abgang. Fazit: Süffig und aromatisch! Aufgrund der sehr dezenten Hopfenaromatik eher ein Pale Ale als ein IPA! ABV: < 0.5 % Vol. / IBU: 42 / EBC: 15

Son fort goût de malt et son houblonnage tourné sur un goût de foin rendent hommage à cette bière bio. Un peu déçu de l'étiquetage façon industrielle et du manque du goût typique de la levure des lager mais le reste me plaît beaucoup !

Je m’attendais pas a ça. Mais c’était bien boon hein. Les suisses sont pleins de surprises.
