Irgendwie wässrig und wenig intensiv, aromatisch.

Flight 6/6 is translucent, deep gold. A generous, pure white foam cloud. A citrusy–grassy scent: lemon pith and a drop of orange zest. But: no malt. The gustatory universe is composed of decent pale malt, waffle, a wisp of diacetyl and a bit of grassy hops. The mouthfeel is light to light-medium, smooth and quaffable.
And no extra beer this time. 🤪

Tonight's flight is composed of six "house beers". Brewed by several different Greek microbreweries specifically for the Beertime bar.
Flight 1/6 is murky, dark brown. A restrained cocoa lacing. A twist of roasted malt in the scent. The gustatory provision offers raw cacao powder, roasted malt, faint crushed coffee beans and a suggestion of tobacco. The mouthfeel is light, roasty, soft, smooth and faintly dry.

Relatively hazy, amber beer. A pure white, velvety head. Long retention. Wheat malt, biscuit and orange peel in the air. Wheat malt, banana, orange peel, dried apricot and biscuit land on my tastebuds. Feels light to light-medium, soft, smooth, marginally spiced. And summery, for some reason.

Meal accompaniments. Clear gold beer with an off-white head up to one finger. The scent offers slightly sweet-leaning malt, followed by faint biscuit. The palate gives restrained malt, almost negligible hops. Feels thin, smooth, characterless, bulky and industrial.
