Earth Ale makes beer to be drunk with food: the name itself is an acronym, taking in Eco-friendly, Artisanal, Rural, Terroir, and Health. Founder Alex Lewis is inspired by the foraging movement and his beers (including Dandy Stout, a stout made with dandelions) are a central part of the regular dinners that Earth Ale hosts.
