In Atlanta waiting on my connection to Kansas City. Had this beer years ago during covid. Did not like it, giving it another chance. This draft is really holding it's head. Been here minutes and still has foam on top. Impressive. Nice copper ( of course ) color. Mild texture turns sharp. Roasted earthy qualities, turns lightly sour in the middle. Finish is more salty than bitter. Almost brings in a citrus tone. This is very different from most ambers. I prefer a sweeter and more malty style but actually is growing on me. Certainly unique. I was still new to the beer rating thing back then. Now I appreciate being bold.

Gulf Shores Alabama, quarantining away from others while still on the beach with family. Social distancing is getting tiresome but still necessary. Medium size head that disappears quickly. Reddish orange in color and hazy. No aroma. Flavor is sour and tart. Not at all what I was expecting from an Amber, which is one of my favorite brews. Finish is hoppy and metallic. For me they missed the mark on this amber beer.
