This has kind of a west coast-ish vibe given that it has a substantial malty side. Has a medium juicy orange taste that is a bit creamy. Has a light+ hoppy bitterness. Malty side is an almost medium sweet caramel taste. Well balanced. Overall it’s not quite as hoppy as a west coast IPA, also it’s juicier, but has some of the WC aspects. That is why it is ish. Very tasty tho. I’d like to find this one in some bulk. On a side note - I just love watching football and having some brews. 🏈🍺🏈🍻

Happy Friday and Memorial Day weekend. Has a citrus taste that leans towards grapefruit and orange. Has some light pine. It has a medium bitterness. Has a very light malty side. This is supposed to be a west coast DIPA but doesn’t quite quite taste that way (looks it). Maybe that is why it is “formally known as”. Took pic while the news was showing an IPA event and just happened to catch when they showed a beer. Lucky timing

The can has a skull on it so I had to break out a skull glass. I’m a little disappointed as I love red ales. The reason is you immediately pick up peach when you taste it and it remains throughout. My opinion is peach does not belong in a red ale. The rest is caramel/toffee malt that is toasted. Add some very light pine with some very light hops. Overall the peach ruins it. In a red ale I want either malty or hoppy or both. That’s all you need. The malty & hop sides save it a little but again it’s disappointing

Has just a sugary / candied taste up front. Way too sweet. There is a little fruit that is mainly pineapple. Just a hint of pine. Overall this is a sugar bomb. Way too sweet. Nothing I could drink more than one

Wow this has a lot of floaties. Definitely unfiltered. It’s a 1/2 inch deep & I just had a few sips. The pic will show you but was still settling at the time. Has a fruity taste that is passion fruit heavy with some mango & pineapple. Has a touch of dankness. Overall a very nice NEIPA & one of the better ones I’ve had lately.

With a name like Eh. I just had to try. Well the name is applicable to the beer. In fact it indicates that it is better then it really is. You definitely get an alcohol taste/burn at 10.5%. You get peach, passion fruit, apricot and some sour melon for the fruit taste that just doesn’t mesh well. Has decent bitterness which saves it a little bit. Thick & cloudy. Overall it doesn’t even make the level of Eh. Very disappointing. I do like the name although it doesn’t live up to it

So now I’m on 4 of 4 of the Oliver Brewing Co DIPA pack - rock n roll version. This one is okay but falls in line with the others. Has orange, grapefruit, light pineapple with just a touch of sweet malts. I think this one has the most hoppy taste that is slightly dry. It is the borderline best of the bunch. Overall I’m disappointed in all as they are okay, decent tasting DIPA’s. I was hoping at least one blew my doors off but that wasn’t the case. Maybe they should focus on the beer & not the rock n roll side. Although the artwork was great on the cans but taste is more important from a drinking perspective. I’ll go 3.3. Best of the bunch. They are just a borderline brew overall that with better focus could make better stuff. It’s not a beer you would turn down but just won’t be impressed with. I’m going back and re- adjusting all to there proper setting

This one has a citrus taste that is mostly orange. Add in a light dry hopped taste and that sums it up. Not very complex. A tad bit watery. 3 of the 4 DIPA review. I think I like this one the best but still not super impressed with the series so far. At 9% I’m starting to feel them tho. Glad I’m eating dinner now This creeped up to 3.2. I think the citra side made this one for me.
