Voimakkaasti vaahtoava raikas lager.

Eipä ollut huono tämäkään. Kuuma ilma, kylmä juoma ja loma....

Hyvä ja runsaasti suussa vaahtoava...

Enpä ymmärtänyt, että lager pitäisi kaataa varoen. Pohjasta tuli kunnon hiivasakka mukaan ja on sen takia tosi samea olut. Kellarioluen tuntua, mikä tuntuu omituiselta kun pitäisi olla lager. Mutta siitä hiivasta tuo nyt varmaan johtuu. Ei siis tyylinsä mukainen. Ja vähän pelottaa tuleeko maha kipeäksi, vaikka ihan ok makuinen onkin.

Sauna and ice dipping. Three times. Now some salmon tortillas. And a beer. The beer is dressed in semiclear, amber. Slightly dirty. The carbonation is virtually numb but the off-white froth grows easily three fingers tall. The crown dwindles gradually to an attractive lacing. Very moussy. The scent is quite odd: sweet-leaning, floral (hibiscus?), biscuity. I'm not impressed, yet. Alright, this can hopefully get better on the tongue. Let me try. Biscuit malt, faintly sugary, lemon peel, only marginally floral and modestly hoppy. More normal than what the fragrance suggested but still not impressive. The beer is light-bodied. The finish is citrusy, hoppy and distantly floral but not really malty. Long duration. The mouthfeel is light, a bit tangy, slightly crisp and marginally floral. Not sure if there's something wrong with this or if it's supposed to be like this. Not clean imo.

Juuh. Mikä ettei.

Niin sairas vaahto ettei voi olla kuin Virolaisella panimolla. Vaikea tietää miltä maistuu kun tarvitsee odottaa puoli tuntia että vaahto laskee… Maistuu niin pahalta, että pakko kaataa viemäriin.

Perus viro pienpanimolager. Menee janoon, mutta hapottaa.
