I visited a cider museum earlier and bought 6 different bottles, supporting local cider makers in Dorset. This was a lovely clear gold colour until I opened the bottle and the natural fizz stirred up the sediment at the bottom 😂 now it's a murky golden colour. Aroma is of caramel. Flavour is mostly of caramel and is quite sweet. A slight fizz thankfully which makes it easy to drink.
