Imperial stout vieillie en fut de bourbon et de whisky japonais avec ajout de chocolat, café et vanille. Donc grosse stout avec des notes liquoreuses qui attaquent directement. Les ajouts apportent beaucoup de rondeur et de douceur en fin de bouche avec des notes fruitées.

Un temps parfait pour une IS(bof). Is toujours ultra caféiné et chocolaté. L'alcool ne se sent pas du tout. Une belle white pony que j'apprécie plus a cette seconde dégustation.
