Weird name. Weird pint. Weird weird weird. Not sure about it overall. Has an odd aftertaste I'm not too keen on. Admittedly a bit too "sessional" for my enjoyment, as I prefer to indulge in higher-percentage drinks. Not malty enough. Bitter, but not enough impetus. Head is far too thin and practically evaporates. I concede I have had three pints of it, but in these peculiar times it is not so simple as to peruse the alternatives at one's leisure. Wouldn't recommend, but have respectfully offered just short of two stars.

Festive season ale, quite malty as well as being slightly spicy. Reasonable session ale for the time of year.

A cracking golden ale with a lovely rich malty taste and a good kick of grapefruit. I recommend this one.
