Decent drink. Nice fruity aroma and. Decent hoppy taste with a subtle fruitiness to finish. Slight bitter aftertaste but enjoyable. Smooth, crisp and refreshing easy drinking session ale.

Cask; pours a deep dark ruby, off white tan head; on the nose malt forward, roasted coffee, cinnamon and dark butter chocolate; in the mouth smooth and light, roasted coffee and caramel, followed by sweet cinnamon and bitter dark chocolate; medium to full bodied, medium to long aftertaste

Returning from Pint Please hiatus. Adequate dry blonde from a brewery of the heralded North West of England. Light at first with a mild punch in the aftertaste. Nice golden colour. Middling, but agreeable. Have rated generously for purposes of heritage. Did the job.
