Not the best, but from all beers consumed in Cuba was definitely the best.

This is a beer I discovered back in January 2012 on my first Trip to Cuba.This is a very popular & well known Premium Cuban Brand Cerveza it tastes a lot better than say Mayabe that is a regular priced Beer.If you're in Cuba in a Trip chances are if you're at a Resort,Restaurant,Bar, Airport etc this is probably the Brand they'll have. Interesting fact The only beer Manufacturing Plant is in The South Of Cuba in The City of Holguin.I think I read that Labatts Canada were instrumental in helping set up The facility down there.Anyhow I wasn't too happy when I stayed in Varadero at a Resort in April 2022 & they only had Dutch Windmill which was just okay & the disgusting Coprove available you couldn't get any Cristal anywhere in Varadero maybe it's time for Cuba to consider making another Beer Factory in Northern Cuba.Trust me I think Cuba makes some decent tasting beers they probably don't need to import as much beer as they do from The EEC e.g. The Netherlands 🇳🇱
