Oranssinen ilme, poreileva ja tiivis valkoinen vaahtokukka säilyy pitkään pinnalla. Tuoksussa enimmäkseen nahkaisuutta ja tallimaisuutta sekä kirpsakan hapanta vihreää omenaa ja rypäleisyyttä. Suutuntuma on kirpsakan raikas, runsaan hiilihappoinen ja kevyen pistelevä. Maussa hapan omenaisuus ja rypäleisyys isommassa roolissa, mukana silti maanläheistä tunnelmaa, hiivaisuutta ja raikasta sitruunaa. Maistuva lambic jälleen kerran, tasapainossa oli silti vähän hakemista ja ei nyt mitenkään erityisen poikkeava yksilö, mutta hyvää oli silti.

Kirkas, kullankeltainen. Nopeat, sihisevät vaahdot. Tuoksu hedelmäinen. Maku kuiva, hedelmäinen, viininen, omenainen, hapokas, sitruksinen. Miellyttävä olut.

I have a special place in my heart for different Lambics. Should buy these more often. Best before: 15.11.2038 Temperature: +10 C Orange-ish color with small yeast particles floating in the glass, but that was my bad. Should have been more careful when pouring this... The small, but long-lasting white and soft looking head doesn't seem to be even shrinking: 4,75/5 Lovely balanced aroma. With leathery and sour/sweet green apple funkiness and soft vanilla notes. I like that the sourness doesn't lead the dance. It really is just lurking behind the funky and vanilla aromas. Refreshing: 4,25/5 Mouthfeel is light with high carbonation. Carbonation seems to be building up, reaching a bit sharp point in the middle, and then mellowing down. Then the mouthfeel takes turn into a sour world: 3,75/5 The sourness is very evident in the taste and takes a lemon and apple qualities. Minor leathery and stronger "animal"/horse vibes complements the flavor. Overall barnyard funkiness is being controlled the sourness. Mildly tart aftertaste: 10,75/15 Not the most balanced Geuze as the sourness and at some level the carbonation are being too dominant. Although the carbonation feels striking only at the couple first sips the overly strong sourness doesn't go away. Still, always a pleasure of drinking beers like this: 16/20 =39,5/50
