Nosing : faint sweet apple juice fragrance   Pallate :  faint apple start died out to soda water mid and mild bitterness to immediate end   Overall tried 2 flavours of this Fruit Brewing series  - hokkaidobeers.com  , just plain terrible – too faint flavours which are artificial like and died out within 2 seconds with the same exact mid and end palate -  characteristics of  ale , alcohol not present. 360 yen
