Une imperial stout toute en rondeur, douce, caramélisée, forte en goût pour un titrage en alcool assez bas (10°). J'aurais aimé un tout petit peu plus de peps, et un peu plus de longueur en bouche. Mais soyons claire : c'est quand même très réussi, et vraiment très bon !
