Dark red with thin head quickly dissipating into thin lacing. Great mouth feel, low on carbonation it's easy quaffing but bags of malty goodness, lots of liquorice, caramel and great bitterness leading to clean bitter finish ready for next mouthful. Apparently brewer only been up and running around a year, first brew named Cuckoo, due to the borrowed brewery kit. Classic is the same ingredients but with his own kit now. Top effort, really good pint.
