This mead pours foggy, honey/amber with neither carbonation, nor foam. Scent is weak, dry white-winey. Tastes dry white wine. Honey remains absent in the palate although this mead is made of fermented honey. Alcohol remains in control despite the ABV of 11 %. The taste lingers in mouth for some time. Mouthfeel is dry, winey, acrid, strong.
